*High School Diploma or GED preferred.

*Basic computer/device skills preferred.

*Must be able to communicate and work well within a team.

*Physically able to lift and carry up to 60 lb. 

*Ability to climb and stand on a step ladder.

*Knowledge of, or the capability to learn, the use of basic hand tools for construction.

*Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to travel for extended lengths of time.
